A phenomenal experience! The environment was so warm and welcoming. The lady who shampooed and detangled my hair was amazing—gentle and thorough. Nichole, the stylist, did a wonderful job. My silk press looked and felt incredible! I was in and out in about an hour and a half—that’s the fastest I’ve ever been in a salon. Highly recommend!
I was soooo happy to find this salon. I prayed and God delivered. I was able to get in the exact day and time I was looking for. Nichole did an amazing job. I got a wash and perm rod roller set. My hair feels so soft and shiney. My hair is natural and it looks like I have a perm- she knows what she is doing. I think I've found my hair a home. I'm booking my next appointment
Rarely do I leave a review but I had to leave one for others seeking the greatest hair transformation experience. The morning started with a google search for a hair salon and I selected Serenity. Still hesitant since I had been caring for my hair most of my life. I needed a drastic transformational change. I called and was told to come in the same day at 9am. Same day! Then, I met Nichol and Aleah(sp) who greeted me with smiles and kindness. All I can tell you is that they made me feel relaxed and special. They were so kind refreshing and energetic. Nichole and her expertise transformed me to a beautiful new hair style. Thank you for making my day.
