This is not the closest nor the least expensive place to get my haircut, but I've always been very happy with the service until today. I always get the MVP service and usually the double or triple, not because I can't wash my own hair, but because I like the head massage. Well, today I had Devon taking care of me and let me tell you that was the lamest MVP experience ever. She barely even washed my hair let alone give me a head massage. The shoulder massage with the wand thing was less than 15 seconds afterwards as well. Anyway, I'll be coming back but I will never have Devon again. I have been going here for years but it seems the lately they are understaffed. I keep getting this Pakistani hair dresser and she does not follow instruction well. She will cut it much shorter than you want. Happens every time I GeT her. I asked her to line up my neckline on my beard and she chopped half of it off(right before I go on a trip) I go different days but always seem to get stuck with her the last 3 times. Please hire more hair cutters

Really like this location. I use the website and almost always have a stylist within 10 minutes of arrival. I usually get Rachel and she is great/friendly without making you feel like you HAVE to talk. My hair is fairly simple in style.
