It was such a relief to find Dr. Robert Parsa and his staff. My primary care doc has limited availability and I was in need of urgent (but non-emergent) care. Dr. Parsa and his team actually listened to my concerns and understood my situation. Other urgent care clinics were fine for treating cold and flu, but Dr. Parsa practices medicine. He was knowledgeable and provided education. He and his team are kind and caring. After the visit, I’m waiting on lab results. But I won’t hesitate to return as needed.

An update to my review. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and Maria at the front is so efficient and always on top of it. I would def recommend anyone who needs a quick check up and refill. And if it hasn’t happened yet, home girl who’s always working the front office still needs a raise.

Dr. Parsa & his nurses are some of the most sweet, caring, & genuine people. They're very quick and efficient every time I come in. I HIGHLY recommend Quickcare in Hoover!
