Brought our dog Dallas (who was living here as a shelter dog) for a night of boarding— He was SO happy to be back, and got an amazing bath/nail grind! He’s not good for nail trims but he did great. I appreciate the little things they take into consideration to make sure he stays safe compared to other places as well! We are so protective over him, but didn’t have one worry while away! Once we got him back he smelled so good, coat was amazing/shiny, was so tired from daycare, and happy as he could be! The managers are absolutely amazing and do everything they can to accommodate!
I have been taking my dog here for nearly a year and a half. Recently, due to additional work demands, I began taking him every day. Honestly my dog is happier now than ever before and I attribute that to the genuine love and affection that he gets at Pet Suites - Hoover. My only regret is that I didn’t start taking him more frequently earlier. I would not take my dog for boarding/daycare anywhere else.

We have used them for both long term boarding as well as doggy daycare, and have had nothing but great experiences.
The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and I love that they know our dog by name even if we haven't been there in a while! Their pricing is very reasonable and they have been very responsive when we have had questions.
We live about 30 minutes away and there are other boarders closer (which we have tried), but we won't go anywhere other than Pet Suites now. Plus, our dog LOVES it there, he gets so excited as soon as we pull in the parking lot.
I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!
