My 6.5 year old standard poodle has been with Natalie since he was 1. When she left her previous location to open her own salon we didn't even mind driving further to see her. She has always been very patient with my stubborn pup and I have never once questioned her or her business practices. My dog always looks beautiful and happy when I pick him up. Keep up the good work!

I really lucked out when I found Natalie. I was really struggling to find someone I loved to groom my Yorkie. After some searching online, I found The Groomery & Co. We tried it, and it was literally everything I wanted for my dog. Natalie was working by herself when Louie and I first started seeing her. She did an incredible job cutting him. She listened to what I wanted, and she delivered the perfect cut. I feel like Louie is in good hands with her and her team when I leave him there. I trust them completely. Natalie and her team at The Groomery & Co consistently do such an amazing job with our Australian Shepherd. We’ve been clients (or our dogs have been ha) for several years. Natalie has been with us through the loss of one of our dogs, additions of new pups, etc. The care she has for the animals she grooms is so evident in the job she does . Our Aussie is always so handsome when we leave here. We have a reoccurring appointment every 6 weeks and drive from Chelsea! Worth every single mile ha!
