Petsmart is always very mid in my opinion. Not a ton of options but it has what you need. Fish section looks really sad but I heard they are planning to renovate so that may get better. Bettas selections always look half dead but that's typical for pet stores so eh. I was impressed by the birds care. There was one employee that was working on socializing the conure and they seemed very happy and healthy for a pet store pet. That being said I wouldn't get a pet of any sort from a pet store as they aren't typically well bred and have health problems.
This was our second visit to this location and yet again I was very happy with the level of service, professionalism, and the quality of the cut. Highly recommend PetSmart in Hoover!
