Updated information: Capital Comfort and I talked over the one issue and to their credit they took ownership of the small issue and we worked together on a simple resolution. I appreciate their quick handling of the issue and their pledge to re-train the teams to hopefully prevent this issue with anyone else in the future
Generator installation went very smoothly and passed inspection with no issues. A little surprised at the lack of follow up to make sure everything went well and apparently the last installation guy didn’t report back that they scorched a small patch of our grass with their portable generator. My AC went out this morning and it promises to be in the upper 90s this afternoon! Capital H&C had a service tech at my house within 2 hours, replaced a part, and now the unit is working well. I depend on this company and they never disappoint.

My technician, Kyle, with Capital Comfort Services is wonderful! He’s knowledgeable, friendly, never late, always helpful, and explains everything he’s doing thoroughly. I would never go anywhere else.
