The BEST massage I have had in many years. To be honest I expected this to be like many of the massages I've had at places locally. I go in, there is a pattern the masseuse follows for the hour, it's nice and relaxing but that's about it. That was not the case at all. Kate was WONDERFUL and the massage was custom to my needs and where I have pain and problems. She put me at ease immediately, and I was totally comfortable telling her if something hurt or if there was a place that needed extra work. By far one of the best massages I have ever had! Kate was amazing and incredibly skilled. She communicated with me when pressure would be increased to make sure I know what to expect and how to respond if anything needed to change. She was in tune with my body and knew the areas that needed extra attention. The environment is incredibly relaxing and exactly what you want for the complete spa massage experience. I would highly recommend both Birch Tree and Kate for any massage needs. I will definitely be back!

I had the most amazing dermaplane facial at Birch Tree Day Spa with Kaliyah! From start to finish, she made the experience relaxing, professional, and personalized. She took her time, explained every step, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. My skin felt incredibly smooth and refreshed afterward. Literally glowing!
