Jason handled everything for me regarding my roof. He even helped me know exactly what to submit to my insurance, etc. He truly knows what he’s talking about, and made me have complete confidence that everything would work out just as he said. And, it did! My roof is amazing, the crew did a great job, and I highly recommend Apex. Jason was very kind and personable. He went the extra mile to make sure my senior mother didn’t have to park her car out of the driveway for too long, even though it rained and our roof had to be delayed a couple of weeks. David Simmons (,my sales rep,) was excellent. He came by several times during the roofing process to check on progress and to make sure all was good. All Apex guys like Jason, Jeremiah, Eric, and others were a pleasure to meet and work with while doing their job during the roofing process.

We had hail damage to our roof, gutters and copper as did most of the 97 homes in our development. David Simmons and Apex took care of 50+ homes that got hit. David was very helpful - he explained everything to us in detail and took care of all the claims through our insurance company, including supplement claims on thing(s) they didn’t include the 1st pass. David is pleasant to work with, very polite & respectful. I felt comfortable having him in our home (and loved petting his fur babies one day when I asked to meet them).
