Her PT Tracy, had so much patience and compassion for her. I loved the relationship they developed. Autumn the front desk rep was always extremely understanding and super professional whenever we needed to make changes or cancellations. The BILLING DEPT and owner need a round of applause for always working with us with payments and never denying us service because they cared about my mom receiving her help more over money. They care! Every single staff person we've encountered cares and that say's a lot about the company. My mom and I will forever be grateful for how this establishment treated us. We will return if we ever need them in the future.“

“I highly recommend Birmingham Physical Therapy. In the last couple years I have used two chain therapy companies and was unsatisfied. I had a total knee replacement three months ago and was recommended a chain therapy company by my surgeon’s office. I did everything they recommended and ended up with terrible range of motion and needed a second procedure (MUA). After that a knowledgeable person recommended I use a boutique therapy company versus a chain, specifically Birmingham Physical Therapy. The therapists have been very skilled.
