Overall pleasant experience with this company!The ladies in dispatch were friendly, professional, and very easy to talk to.Text messages and emails were sent out, keeping me informed about my job.That said... My job was scheduled, but then cancelled last minute, on two different occasions. Both times were rescheduled for the following day - Which was not too bad.On the day that my crew arrived, I was a little surprised that it turned out to be a 'one-man crew'; however, Fabio had a very impressive work ethic. Every aspect of our carpet installation was handled professionally frominitial contact to follow-up to installation. The technicians were punctual and installed the carpet quickly and expertly. We are very pleased. We would definitely use them again.Service: Install flooring
