They totally care about the families they service. We have used them for 7 family members over the years. employees are so professional and caring. They will go out of their way to help families get through this terrible time. I would highly recommend them for any help in this matter.

My mother died tragically and unexpectedly on April 1, 2026. She had been here, out of town, watching one of our children. We were not prepared in the least to make arrangements for my mother's body nor had we done this previously. We were out of our element. I immediately thought of Ridout because they are just up the road from us and I had been to services for other's loved ones there. They greeted me warmly and explained all of our options clearly, despite my general overwhelm. I called back with questions when I was not sure how to proceed. They took wonderful care of my mother and the rest of us. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you, Ridout!

We just had my mom's funeral here, and compared to the funeral home that did my dad's funeral last year, this place was stellar. I believe they would come out on top compared to any funeral home. Scott was the director for Mom's funeral and he was amazing. My mom was not an easy person to please and she had VERY PARTICULAR tastes, but every person in attendance said that this was exactly the funeral that my mom would've wanted. We couldn't have been happier with the service that we received amd in such a difficult time for my family, they handled everything perfectly.
