I had a large hornet nest in my front yard by my car and I can't say enough to thank Kolby and Kristen for coming and quickly getting rid of it. They were fantastic, they came as quickly as they could and were so friendly and professional. They quickly took care of my problem and disposed of the nest. I highly recommend them and will definely call them again in the future.
I already left a 5* review but I wanted to leave another from a different email just to commend Kolby and his spouse for running an ethical business that cares about their customers, and bump up their rating even more. So, Kolby has come by to prevent carpenter bees two years in a row now. Last month, I noticed a couple more of them around and offered him to come back to do more treatments here. Kolby politely declined and explained that the treatment would still work on them and that re-applying it won’t make it work better. MEANWHILE, I just had a rep from a large national pest company knock on my door and try to convince me that I need to be reapplying this stuff...read full review
I had a huge mysterious swarm in my tree and called Kolby Jackson at Iron City Pest Control. Maybe hornets?? Wasps?? It turned out to be a honey bee hive! They couldn’t remove it, but they gave me referrals to companies that could safely relocate the bees. Honest, helpful, and professional ! really appreciated it. I highly recommend Iron City Pest Control!
