Have been using Knox Pest Control since we moved into our house in 2020 and have had a great experience. Other pest control companies have tried to get us to switch but that remains a No :) Billy Lawley has been our guy and is so helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions I have. Also, trustworthy & personable. My kids love getting to see him too! Every person I've worked with in person or over the phone from this company is very nice. Only once did we need them to come back out for an issue we were having-- and they did it right away. Go with Knox!!

Knox has great communication and they’re very timely on getting help out if needed. Heather always comes out to our house and takes care of us. I actually personally request her because of her timeliness and professionalism. If I could give just 5 stars for her I would!
