Brent is as OCD as me and that made this job a little easier on both of us. It was easy to communicate my thoughts, questions and ideas and he reassured us throughout the project that he wanted us to be happy with the end result so no detail was too small to obsess over. We asked to meet up almost weekly, as every item on the project was completed, to circle back around and make sure everything flowed and everyone was on the same page. There was not a single time we were made to feel like that was too much to ask.
We love how our detached garage turned out — the finished product is beautiful and exactly what we needed. Like with any project, there were a few small hiccups along the way, but everything was handled professionally and with a willingness to make sure we were happy. We truly appreciate the craftsmanship and care that went into the build.
We wanted a small pool house/guest house that would be perfect for my 81 yr old mom. Working with Mr Brent was great! From start to finish he was so helpful. It was wonderful having Brent to bounce ideas with, and he offered the best suggestions! Brent also recommended a really good draftsman that created my personal design. Then he & his crew’s brought my vision to life. A great little 1 bed, 1 bath, great walk in shower, laundry space, living room & kitchen with beautiful vaulted ceiling and open dormer across the front.
