The nicest people you can meet. This is a very hard job and not everyone can do this type of work. But everyone at Wright is very passionate and professional. I do not live in state and I had to take care of my nephews last wishes. I really do not believe I could have done it without Mr. Wright and his staff. Tonight, the eve of a MAJOR HOLIDAY, after business hours, our water well pump decided to quit working!!! We called Donald Smith Company, the answering service promptly accepted our call, the lady was very professional & courteous! She dispatched Jared to help us! He discovered the problem and he had it fixed quickly!! From the time we made the call to the completed job was only about an hour and a half!!! Impressive especially on the Fourth of July Holiday!!!
