Their team showed us so much care and compassion, but it was the unexpected, thoughtful touches that we will never forget. Without us even knowing, they added a beautiful vinyl decal on top of my grandpa's vault sealer. We didn’t see it until they were lowering him down, and it was such a moving, touching surprise that brought us so much comfort right when we needed it most.
