I had annual maintenance performed on my heat pump by another company. They claimed that the unit had a coil leak, bad capacitor, bad contactor, and a dirty blower motor. They recommended replacing the unit since the repairs were over half the cost of a new unit.
I was skeptical so I called Vandy for a second opinion. Their technician, Brandon, was fantastic. He double checked everything mentioned, checked the air temperature at the return and registers, and found nothing wrong outside of a dirty blower motor. Their honesty saved me thousands and earned my trust and future business.
James was quick and efficient with resolving my issue. Right after he left my AC started blowing heat and my house got to over 80 degrees. I called Vandys back and James was back within 10 minutes and had it fixed in no time. Definitely will be using Vandys for any future heating or cooling issues.
