Pet Groomers near Harvest

“This is the owner and I for some reason can not respond to any of the reviews and Google was no help so this is the only way to respond
The review with the 2 doodles - this client called and we were booked so I gave her another ladies number and business name that was renting a booth out of my shop = Paws and Whiskers DID NOT Groom these two doodles , I told the man that called to complain that I gave his wife the other girls information and she scheduled with her not us , but he argued and refused to remove the post and bad review.

I post a long comment on Yelp about this one, but in brief - The dog in comments is a cocker spaniel named Friday and he is aggressive and was 2.5 years ago when she previously used us - I believe she went to someone else because she always wanted to call and get in last minute - Prices varied because her dogs were typically in horrible or bad condition and it took so long last time because again she called wanting in that day on a Friday , which is one of the busiest days - the price 2.5 years ago on that same dog was 65 or 75 and we charged her 90, not much of a price increase and yes the dog is aggressive and was back then , which she was informed then and now of the behavior. We always focus on clients that have appointments scheduled not last minute - she did not ask the cost when making the appointment , but Cockers start at 65 and go up

I feel it was just a misunderstanding - she came in and said I want them short but not to short , leave length - the owner wasn't clear and honestly I was confused - I cut some off but not much and when she picked up she loved them , but probably when she got home husband didn't but I did what she asked - funny most of the pictures posted are not what their hair looked like nor pictures of after they were groomed at my shop so not sure what the pictures show? If she would have given her concerns when picked u[ we could have worked something out , but instead she posted a bad review when I did what she asked for“

“Outstanding Professional Help We found Companion Animal Care about five years ago when my wife and I moved to Huntsville and needed various services for our senior King Charles Cavalier, Rex. Through a number of medical issues that Rex had over the years, Dr. David Alford and his caring staff were always attentive to Rex's (and our) needs and provided expert and empathetic care and advice that helped keep him safe and healthy. Then on April 3, 2024 Rex was severely mauled by a Doberman and his life hung in the balance. Dr. Rhonda Buxton, who was a recent addition to the Companion staff, immediately took charge of the situation. As Rex battled for his life, Dr. Buxton and the staff repeatedly worked on keeping him alive, comfortable, and stable in his recovery. When he took a turn for the worse and we made the difficult decision that it was time to lovingly say goodbye, Dr. Buxton helped ease him out of his pain.
