I like The Ark Madison because they took a lot of time answering all my questions and were receptive to my suggestion on how I stop my dog from jumping up on the workers to get their attention lol. I also like the indoor/outdoor environment and forced break during the afternoon. Beau could have his stuffy and ball in his run during nap time. He came home cool and not over heated.
The Ark in Madison is a wonderful place to bring your pet for grooming. The place is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful and Britney was wonderful to Kaya, and she is beautiful
Always a great experience, our puppy has a ton of energy and working through separation anxiety. Coming here gives her a chance to play and wear down that energy. We also like taking advantage of the baths while we are there!
