“I called Johns Plumbing about a leaking valve. Given that we were in the middle of a winter storm, they sent a team out within a reasonable time. The valve was installed in an awkward position, and it looked like they would have to tear out a lot of the surrounding sheetrock to repair it. Marvin and his helper fixed the problem within a few hours without tearing out much sheetrock. They found a wood panel to cover the area. The panel will probably be a temporary solution, but it works for now and was a nice consideration. This is the second time John's has helped us. Needed a plumber again and called Stephen's plumbing. They arrived the next day and repaired the problem. Considered doing it myself and after they diagnosed the problem, I realized I would have made a mess.
As before they were very respectful, experienced and respected my property.
Will recommend them to family and neighbors for any required plumbing. You will pay a fair cost, and they will not take advantage of you. You don't have to be afraid when calling them.
