It was late on a Friday evening we contacted him. He responded next day checked it out and had parts and had us fixed right up! If you need a good Air conditioneranwork done are parts I highly recommend them I was a 100 percent satisfied!!!!
Our heat pump quit working right before the weekend and before extremely cold weather was moving in. We called our regular HVAC repairman and he said he was covered up and could not get to us right away. We called Shipman and he came out the same afternoon replaced a part and got it working. He could have taken advantage of us because we were in a bind, but he didn't. His price was more than reasonable and we would recommend him highly.
We could not have had any better service anywhere. The young man that installed our unit was very polite and well mannered. They were very efficient. You can tell the owner takes his ownership with pride.
