Service technician called 15 minutes before appointment and informed he was on way arrived on time inspected inside replaced air intake filters checked air handler in crawl space and cleaned outside unit, ran unit checked operation and air temp coming through vents. Technician was thorough and polite. Great service at great price Service Club is the best way to go for sure
