Pet boarding/training in Foley

“Moved to Elberta from Florida. Have family in Foley who recommend the vet they used but two weeks later they can't make an appointment. My dog has epilepsy and l have one month of meditation. I really need to have an established vet.Walker is just a couple miles from where l moved and l thought it be great to have a vet that close. I am in my 70's and don't care to do allot of driving. I just now stopped at Walker Hometown Animal Care and was advised by the girl at the counter that no appointments were available. Did not recommend any other vets or options and seems to me should could have cared less. I am very disappointed“

“Took my 2 dogs to Heilmeiers Bed and Biscuit for our first experience with them ever. Was anxious to board them with complete strangers but was in a pinch. Making the reservation helped with the decision-the employee was so professional and thorough and so pleasant. And when I dropped my kiddos off I was even more sure I picked the right place. A very efficient and organized process and my dogs were not anxious. When I picked them up they were obviously relaxed and well cared for. The staff could answer all my questions and were very aware of my pets. Very affordable also.“

“We have really appreciated having Mike as our trainer. He has really helped my 8 year old fearful and reactive German Shepherd/Rhodesian Ridgeback calm down and become a well behaved boy. He also does a great job with training me as well. I don't always realize when I am sending him mixed messages. He is patient and thorough and really spends the time to help us work better together. It's not magic, you have to put in the work outside of training but Mike really knows his business and will make a huge difference in your dog if you are willing to listen, follow his directions and practice the lessons.
