Coastal Pet Resort is a pet boarding and dog daycare center located in Foley, AL, serving the surrounding Alabama and Florida areas since 2004. The facility specializes in pet boarding, grooming, dog day camp, and animal lodging. Many reviews highlight the friendly and professional staff, who are dedicated to providing quality care for pets. Guests appreciate the option of suites, which offer private rooms with beds and televisions, allowing pets to stay comfortably.
However, some reviewers noted concerns about the noise level from barking dogs, which can be overwhelming. The lighting in the rooms is minimal, relying only on the glow of the television, and some older TVs may need replacement. Despite these issues, many pet owners feel their pets are well cared for and expressed satisfaction with the grooming services, particularly praising the skills of the new groomer.
Visitors have reported peace of mind when leaving their pets, with the staff ensuring that animals are treated with kindness and attention. The outdoor area for play is also a positive feature. Overall, Coastal Pet Resort is recognized for its commitment to creating a welcoming environment for pets, making it a popular choice for pet boarding and daycare.
Loved this place. My dog was happy and not stressed when I picked her up. Everyone was super friendly. My sweet baby can be a little stubborn sometimes but she was at ease with the people there. My dog was much happier there than at a noisy condo complex. I never review places but this place was great.
I went from happy tails for 7 months. She was horrible and went out of business, to kandies pooch, old place and new place. Never did get dew claws done right. She was ok. Don't know what happened. To coastal. This was today, the 15th. Kelly is amazing. Dew claws done and 2 fluffy dogs in 2 hours. I never knew they were here. I'm not leaving. Thank you Matt.
Amazing pet resort! 10/10 recommend. The staff are the most caring people. Anytime I need somewhere for my Sugar stay, they are my go to! From the owners to the staff, I can tell they have a genuine kindness that is unmatched by any place I have entrusted with my pets. They ease the stress and anxiety that comes with having leave my pup. From comforting me when I call, to a simple picture showing me she's having a blast. Thank yall for all that you do!
