My husband and I have being going here for over 3 yrs since we moved to Florence. There has been staff changes. The staff there now has been there well over a year. They are friendly and pleasant. Chrissy, NP, is awesome! She is very knowledgeable, caring, and patient. She allows you time to ask questions and is very detailed with her answers to ensure you understand. I've needed a family Dr for a while now. The last 2 I tried only gave me 2-5 minutes of their precious time before trying to pass me around to their other Dr buddies. Singing River Healthcare listened and talked to me like a person, not an insurance claim. By far, some of the smartest and caring people there! Highly recommend!!!!

The new staff (3/4/24) is much more pleasant to deal with. I had become accustomed to dreading my visits. I hope this crew sticks around. Best trip I've had to the doctor since gong on Medicaid.
