She spent over an hour with me, personalizing the experience based on my skin type and gave me all sorts of useful tips/tricks info for in between visits. The facial even included a short microdermabrasion session and info on aftercare, which is not typically included in facials without a considerable up-charge, and the entire service was performed for a fraction of what I have paid in the past for an aesthetician to not even speak to me the whole time or include any advice relative to my skin type.
