Been training at this gym for going on 2.5 years now. If you are at all considering trying jiu jitsu, I cannot recommend this place enough! Not only is it good for your physical shape, but it's the only place where every single person in the room is trying to help you get better and want you to succeed. First class is free so come out and give it a try, you will not regret it!!!

I could say a lot, but I’ll keep it short, if you’re thinking of learning jiu jitsu, this is the place. The people are great and so is everything about the whole experience. Great place. I’m not at all disappointed. Good choice.

To start off I’ve been apart of this amazing group of people for a little over a year now. I just had knee surgery and have been out for the last month. The amount of want to get back into the gym is insane! You will become addicted to the gym and probably watch YouTube all the time to advance your skills Lol. I have grown as a person and In my skill for jiu jitsu as well. Florence BJJ is the absolute most humbling experience (for those who were like me and thought “oh I can fight anyone” you’ll learn real quick there is a lot more to life than yourself.
