“To respond to Wayne Gradwells complaint…he was a first time customer and I asked him many many times during the cut (and have witness) if it was to his liking. He said yes every time. He liked when the cut was done and also made another appointment! Then, 2 weeks later, he comes in the shop saying he didn’t like his haircut and wanted to know what I was going to do about it…. He said this to my 90 year old mother in law that did not deserve to be treated like that. (I was off that particular day) He then wait another three weeks and called me personally saying he wasn’t satisfied with his cut saying he can’t tell if he’s had a good cut till he gets home and fixes it himself…again, he waited 2 weeks to complain which is about when it’s time for another cut and then another 3 weeks to call me. He was very aggressive and rude over the phone. I was not about to invite that kind of negativity back into our shop, so I refunded his money and told him not to come back. One thing he said is true…I haven’t had a complaint about a single haircut in the 12 years (not 17) that we have been in business. I stay booked about 3 weeks out with appointments so that should say something…if you are a barber I’d suggest you not take him as a client! That is my review of Mr. Wayne Gradwell!“
