To respond to Wayne Gradwells complaint…he was a first time customer and I asked him many many times during the cut (and have witness) if it was to his liking. He said yes every time. He liked when the cut was done and also made another appointment! Then, 2 weeks later, he comes in the shop saying he didn’t like his haircut and wanted to know what I was going to do about it….
