“We had Mike (the owner) out to do our service and I’m really happy we did. Mike explained what type of carpet we had, why it lays flat and how to fix it. He did a deep steam on it, vacuumed it with a very high powered vacuum and used a machine that lifted the carpet fibers so he could get deep down when cleaning it. My carpet was very oily from shotty work by another company and he was able to begin restoring it. We also loved how polite the office gal was and how accommodating to our requests she was. I was able to text her and also pay over email. At the end he sprayed on something that protects the carpet for one year. It was $80 more and I was happy to pay it so long as I see a difference over the next year. Overall, great work with really good customer service and convenience.“
