Both of the guys were fantastic! I don't often leave reviews, but they were great! Fast, efficient very professional and super sweet! Highly recommend! 5 Star Service for sure!

I set the service up using their Instant Online Appt maker which worked great. I was going to have 1 room dine along with my sofa. After an assessment, the technician managed my expectations by explaining that my sofa my not be 100% stain free when he finished. This was because it is made of linen, an off white color AND I had allowed the stains to set in for years. He gave me some good suggestions on using a sweater shaver to remove the linens 'lint' bunnies. Since I no longer wanted to waste money on the couch, he assured me that the money would be better spent doing all the carpeted rooms as well as my area rugs so it would all be clean to start off the closed...read full review

My toddler spilled a soda all over my new beige couch while I was wfh this morning and I was devastated. I tried everything to get it out and could not. I called my local Stanley Steamer very upset and asked if there was anyway they could make it. The gentlemen on the phone turned around, got my information and within 30 minutes, probably less, they got to my home and began cleaning. Since there was a minimum cleaning fee, the nice man offered to clean the whole couch for me since it would be the same price regardless. He even cleaned a spot of the carpet from the soda (also new brand new carpet). He was quick, thorough, and I could not be more thankful or appreciative....read full review
