We had Mike (the owner) out to do our service and I’m really happy we did. Mike explained what type of carpet we had, why it lays flat and how to fix it. He did a deep steam on it, vacuumed it with a very high powered vacuum and used a machine that lifted the carpet fibers so he could get deep down when cleaning it. My carpet was very oily from shotty work by another company and he was able to begin restoring it. We also loved how polite the office gal was and how accommodating to our requests she was. Great service and great people! Had our apartment cleaned for move out, they were in and out, efficient and well worth the price! After everything was said and done, they insisted on helping me with a couch, which was greatly appreciated and unexpected! Couldn’t recommend them more! Thank y’all!

We have used Action for years. They always do a thorough, professional job. Todd is a tremendous asset to this company. He is the reason I keep calling them for cleaning needs.
