I called about a dryer door switch. It's an older model that had 3 terminals but the part number on line showed only two terminals. After much discussion as to why the part would have changed I was sure I'd have to order it on line. The rep called back in a few minutes to tell me he had searched the parts bin and stumbled upon a switch that had 3 not 2 terminals...voila! Drove up, got the part, installed and now she's working line new...Much Thanks!

Every time I need something they are ready to help, maybe I need help with something I’m not sure about!!! Ot buying a part, they go out of their way with kindness. These guys are great! I own an appliance service business and with the current state of industry, its getting hard to locate parts. No place in America had the part that I needed and A-1 said they had it. I called and the guy said let me go check and verify that thay had it. He was back within 2 minutes and confirmed that they did have it. I setup an account at the same time. Dealing with A-1 was like how it used to be, I got a live person and felt like they were all about helping me. I highly recommend buying parts from A-1.
