They are great people who are ready to help every time, going out of their way with kindness and patience. They are happy to help, taking time to explain how something is done. The store is very helpful in making sure customers have the correct part, even for older models where they will figure it out. They can get parts that no one else around can find and have many items in stock. If a specific part is not immediately available, they will search diligently and call back when they find it. Customers receive fast service at a great price, leading them to state they will always use this company and definitely be back.
They obtained the necessary parts on that day, eliminating the need to wait for an online order. Consequently, we were able operate the machine.

Ordered a part 6+ months ago that no one else around here could get but they got nit For us and was very helpful making sure we had the correct part and that we received it due to having to be shipped. Again yesterday we needed another part for our washer and they were happy to help was very patient with us and even had the part that was needed in stock. When picking up the part we asked about a light bulb for an older refrigerator and we did t have a full model number due to age but they figured out anyway. We recommend this place over anyone else around! We will always use this company.
