I was blessed to be able to have Rachel assist me in finding a new frame. She listened to what I liked, disliked - she asked questions about budget since I do not have insurance. I was so impressed with her customer service. She explained my options in lenses since I have some issues with glare especially at night. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I am so excited to get my new glasses next week!
I went to Marx Optical because of Dr. Mann, he recently moved to Marx Optical from Decatur Optical and has been my doctor for 20 plus years! Outstanding doctor, person and Friend. This is my first time at Marx Optical and I will say that what I experienced was nothing short of professional and outstanding. The staff was courteous and professional and they had my glasses with in hours of my visit! If your in need or looking for a great optometrist Dr Mann is one of the best! Check Marx Optical out! I’m sure you won’t be disappointed!
I had my first visit as a new patient today, and the staff did NOT disappoint. Every person I came in contact with was very kind and personable. The doctor was also very nice and had great bedside manner! I was in and out probably within an hour! I was very impressed! Highly recommend.🥰
