The technician was Professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and was so personable. Couldn’t be happier with this company.

I called last week to schedule an appointment for this Sunday. I was told someone would come Sunday evening and they will call 2-3 days ahead and give an estimate. It’s the day before the appointment and no one has followed up to give an estimate or even let me know they were still coming . Very poor communication. Would not recommend to them . .. then after I left this review they text me trying to say they were busy and she know she hasn’t got back to me but asked if I can remove this review .. girl no . Y’all was wrong . Shouldn’t have told me yall could come if yall knew yall couldn’t . Unprofessional and lies to save a reputation.

Fantastic! Quick response, tight on time and began cleaning quickly. The old carpet in in-laws house was iffy as far as tearing it out and putting in new. Took a chance on Southern Carpet Care and glad I did. The carpet looks brand new, hardly even moist after cleaning and all the old stains, dirt, “stuff” on the carpet was gone. Colors came back bright and clear, fresh smelling and looks brand new.
Jonathon the carpet technician was friendly, neat and did a great job. Vicki at the home office made our ordering and paying process almost seamless.

My sectional and chairs look great. My granddaughter had all types of food and crayon and different things that was stained on the chairs and now the sectional and the chairs look brand new. He did an amazing job. And I will give him 100 stars if possible

We first called Southern Carpet Care back in November but were not ready until this week. The technician, Jonathon showed up on time, introduced himself, and fully explained the cleaning process he was going to use on our severely stained carpets. He then went right to work. It was like night and day. The stains were years old but disappeared quickly, the carpet looked brand new where he ran the cleaning machine. It was fresh smelling, bright color returned, and the dirty stains just were lifted away in one or two passes. It was interesting to watch as decades of dirt disappeared in a few minutes of each pass of the cleaning machine. Jonathan knew exactly what to do and impressed us with his good work ethic and attention to detail. We will call Southern Carpet Care for all our future carpet and flooring cleaning work. They are great!

I usually don't write negative reviews, but unfortunately I wasted money on this service. Was originally quoted $250 for cleaning and deodorizing a large sectional, but when the cleaner arrived he said it would be another $100 to get it cleaned because it was larger than he thought. I had the assumption that for $350, I would get a good detail cleaning, but the cleaner was only at my house for about 30 minutes with a cleaning solution and an electric scrubbing brush. No vacuuming or steam cleaning done on the furniture, which is what I typically have seen. I wanted to give the cleaner the benefit of the doubt since this couch had been fairly used and the previous owner had dogs, but this couch looks about the same as it had been because none of the dirt or stains were ever actually lifted or vacuumed out. The cleaner told me to wait 48 hours for the cleaning solution to dry and set in, but it's past that time frame and the couch still has wet spots and smells a bit like mildew. Not to mention there were puddles of soapy water on my wood floor around the edges of my couch that I had to wipe up myself after the cleaner left. I reported my concerns to Vicki and she assured me that this method was the best method for cleaning home furniture, but I don't believe this to be true and was not satisfied. I wish I would've saved my time and money by actually asking what their cleaning process was before I agreed to the service, but just want to make others aware before they book with this company. I'll only give this 2 stars because the cleaner was friendly, but I don't think he actually had the right equipment to clean this furniture properly.

Southern Carpet Care did a great job in cleaning the carpet in my father’s house. There were some stained areas and also some carpet that had gotten wet and had some odor to it. Looked and smelled wonderful after cleaning! Highly recommend!
