The carpet looks great!! He was very professional and helpful with whatever questions asked during the process. Very nice guy! Enjoyed his company and job very well done!! We could not have envisioned a more wonderful experience with Robert. He was extremely flexible, we had a sick 5 year old. The weather was not cooperating and we were down to the last days of our trip. He took his time and let us warm up and was so very patient with two 5 yo running around.
