Each branch is staffed with at least one manager and multiple customer service representatives and manager trainees, all dedicated to serving customers in a professional and non-intimidating manner. In addition to lending, Tower Loan also offers sales financing at various local merchants. Customers consistently praise the personable and helpful staff, with particular mention of employees like Coby and Casey, who go above and beyond to ensure a good experience and assist customers, even in urgent situations. The staff at the Daphne, Alabama branch, in particular, are described as the "best" - very helpful, polite, and kind, making the entire process smooth and ensuring full understanding of the terms and conditions.
Colby and Amanda are incredibly personable and helpful! They went out of their way to ensure I had a good experience throughout the whole process and I felt very comfortable and satisfied with the entire experience!
What can I say, nothing but good things. Coby @Daphne Branch is AWESOME at his job. He does whatever he can do help you. Casey @Foley branch is good also.
