Tower Loan is a consumer installment lending business with an extensive network of branch offices. Each branch is staffed with at least one manager and multiple customer service representatives and manager trainees, all dedicated to serving customers in a professional and non-intimidating manner. In addition to lending, Tower Loan also offers sales financing at various local merchants. Customers consistently praise the personable and helpful staff, with particular mention of employees like Coby and Casey, who go above and beyond to ensure a good experience and assist customers, even in urgent situations. The staff at the Daphne, Alabama branch, in particular, are described as the "best" - very helpful, polite, and kind, making the entire process smooth and ensuring full understanding of the terms and conditions.
I’m not trying to tell y’all how to run your business or who you should put in management, because that’s ultimately your decision. I just wanted to share my experience as a customer.
In my opinion, Shantelle would make a great manager. Every time I come in, she provides excellent customer service, is knowledgeable, and is always willing to help. On several occasions, I’ve noticed Mr. Brown having to ask her questions, which makes me wonder why she isn’t in the management role.
Again, I’m not trying to overstep—I just wanted to recognize someone who consistently provides outstanding service and say that I believe she deserves to be considered.
This is probably my 3rd or 4th loan with Tower . I absolutely love that they go above and beyond to help you , all the while treating you like you're family or close friend ! Colby and Amanda are incredibly personable and helpful! They went out of their way to ensure I had a good experience throughout the whole process and I felt very comfortable and satisfied with the entire experience!
