In my opinion, Shantelle would make a great manager. Every time I come in, she provides excellent customer service, is knowledgeable, and is always willing to help. On several occasions, I’ve noticed Mr. Brown having to ask her questions, which makes me wonder why she isn’t in the management role.
Again, I’m not trying to overstep—I just wanted to recognize someone who consistently provides outstanding service and say that I believe she deserves to be considered.”
