After a brief confusion about my yesterday’s appointment for our two unit maintenance, the technician, Darryl was able to get to it later in the afternoon. Due to this confusion which was later rectified; I’m giving a 4 star review but I give their tech, Darryl a 5 stars! He showed up after a long day with a smile, and willing to do the service needed with no complaints. Darryl’s friendly personality along with his knowledge of what he’s doing, as well as making sure I understand what he’s doing warrants him the 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Way to go Hembree for having on your team!
Darryl at Hembree was excellent to work with. He was friendly, professional, and got everything taken care of quickly. He also took the time to explain what caused the issue and showed me what to do if it ever happens again, which I really appreciated. Great customer service from start to finish. I’m from Daphne, Alabama, and I’d definitely recommend Darryl and Hembree to anyone needing their services.
We had a great experience with our AC installation from start to finish. Marshall came out for the inspection and quote, and he was incredibly friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel confident in our decision.
Tristan handled the installation, and he was just as impressive—very professional, pleasant to work with, and respectful of our home. He made sure everything was clean before leaving and even walked me through how to use the thermostat, which I really appreciated.
