These guys are great. They come when they say they are going to, and they take care of the problem. One time they came on July 4th, when the house was over 90 degrees, and the persuaded a dealer to open and get them a new unit, and they installed it on the 4th! Extraordinary service. I have recommended them to friends. They even suggested a remote thermostat, so I can be sure the house is at the right temperature when we get there.
I really thought I was going to need a new compressor or something major. The technician really did a great job discovering my problem.... it was a coolant leak in a really difficult spot to locate and repair. They went the extra mile to keep in a service call and not the big bucks replacement!!
From the moment I contacted Abbott, I received great service. John was the tech who came out and he was professional and kind and got my AC back running. I signed up for their semi-annual service which is a great price in comparison to what my neighbors are paying with another company! I love that they are a locally-owned business. I can't recommend them enough.
