I called Payne Heating and Air based on a recommendation of a friend. My air went out on a Tuesday night. I called them at 7 am Wednesday and they came out that day. Unfortunately I needed a new unit. The owner was fantastic! He walked me through the whole process. He was even able to do an unthinkable task. He was able to find me a new unit and installed it the next day!!!!!. Temps that day were over 100 degrees. He really was a hero for me!!!!!!
