Thumbs up from me! Friendly owners & great customer service. Don't know who the people were talking about in the negative reviews but the owners are good people. Try asking for help.. maybe the person is involved in a difficult call on hold or any number of things that might not be obvious that distracts them from immediately greeting someone . When you have a small business, I imagine several things are happening at once.. Love to browse in the store & alway find something I like for myself or a gift. I believe in supporting small businesses. It gives competition to the big box stores and helps control prices!!

Been in business many years and they know what they are doing. Suspect there is more to the story in the gentleman's review with the wrong window order and refusal of refund. I have always had a great experience with good customer service. Love browsing in the store with lots of unique items. The owners are good people.
