My husband and I had a Brittany as our realtor and she was a blessing through the whole process. She went above and beyond for us and our needs. She worked hard to find us the perfect home for us. What can I say? Lisa always impresses me! 2 houses sold, 1 house purchased, and now in another in contract to buy!
We moved to the Huntsville area back in 2021 and have been renting since then. She had no idea that we were even ready to buy another home until Tuesday of this week. I call her up on Tuesday asking if she'd drive to Meridianville this weekend to help us in our new construction search. (Yes, I'm that person?! Sorry, Lisa). She went above and beyond, as always, to make sure I had everything I needed to be informed about these communities, including their HOA restrictions. Terri was amazingly supportive and helpful throughout the sales process on our home. She even help us manage the sale from out of state as we now live in North Carolina. She even helped up organize some repairs and maintenance that needed to be done prior to listing. 100% would recommend to anyone selling or buying a home in and around Cullman!
