Bobby Duke is an exceptional home inspector who goes to great lengths to provide in depth information on a home inspection. He is kind, polite, professional, and quick to answer any questions. He provides a thorough report and in an impressive amount of time so you can strike on a home deal if that's what you want to do. In my case, the information he provided on a home I was interested in gave me the knowledge to make an informed decision and reevaluate my offer. Ultimately, I passed on a home and kept from making a huge mistake. I will absolutely hire him again when I find another home to pursue and couldn't recommend him more highly.
