I had Problems after Problems. I had 3 leaks in the roof and had to get a new one in the first few months I could see out side the house from inside the closet and I have had to fix things myself or pay to have them fixed right. I understand the manufacturer makes mistakes but the sales group is supposed to take care of the mistakes and that didn't happen. I tried to be patient but I kept getting the run around and lied to. God blessed my family with the ability to be able to take care of some of the major problems but I write this hoping no one else will have to go through what my family did with this company
These folks at Clayton in Cullman are wonderful to work with! Lori is as great as they come, but from the top management to the guys that delivered our home to our trim guy....everything was done perfectly! They listened to me every step of the way, answered all my questions and helped us get exactly what we wanted at exactly the right price point. They were spot on with the timeline it would take from purchase date to build date to delivery date. Our set up guys had it delived and set up in a couple of days and the trim guy was out almost immediately afterwards and did a perfect job and cleaned it up spotless when he was done. I don't recommend a lot of places, but I recommend Lori and her co-workers at Clayton. Thanks yall for our perfect home!!! We love it!!!
