We did not purchase a Timberline but wanted to give Kaci a shout out. She was very sweet and helpful. Answered any questions we needed answered and answered in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend seeing Kaci at Timberline.
About Timberline Homes of Cullman
Timberline Homes of Cullman has received mixed reviews. While some customers have had a nightmare experience with delays, excuses, and numerous construction issues, others have had a great experience buying a home here. The company's performance varies, with some homes finished on time and on budget, and others plagued with problems. Some customers have found the options for homes to be amazing and well made, and the staff, including Kaci Minck, Carrie, and Shae, to be professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, making the buying process smooth and stress-free.

This place is the best! Our sales rep, Kaci was absolutely wonderful, professional, and worked so hard to get us in EXACTLY what we needed! No one, and I mean no one, has ever worked so hard to help us. We had extremely specific needs for a home and Timberline delivered! I would recommend them over any other mobile home dealer in the state!

Brady Gowens was incredibly helpful throughout the process of purchasing the Lulamae. He made everything feel smooth and straightforward—no pressure, no runaround, just honest answers and clear communication. I walked away with exactly what I wanted, plus a few great upgrades like a back porch, a digital fridge, and ceiling fans in every bedroom. Highly recommend working with Brady if you're looking for someone who truly listens and delivers.
