I have used Professor Plumb four times over the years. First class company and run the right way. Today, Dec 1st 2023, they came to fix my gas logs and could not figure it out. They recommended another company to fix it and did not charge me at all. They have installed a hot water heater, fixed two plumbing issues over last five or six years. This is only the second review I have ever written in 74 years. Highly recommend them and they are as good now as they were 6 years ago.

Chase told me how to order my new hot water heater from Home Depot and they even picked it up so I wouldn’t have to pay a delivery fee. Dwayne was the nicest most polite and helpful installer! He was on time , answered all of my questions and even offered a very affordable solution to a problem we have had for over 16 years!!
I’ll never use anyone else for my plumbing needs!

I am working on a home renovation and Professor Plumb, LLC was sent out to work on the kitchen sink, disposal and dishwasher installs. They were again sent out to install the bathroom sinks and toilets. Zack did a great job on both service calls and even cleaned up afterwards. He was kind and answered all of my questions. Fast forward to this week... I found a leak in the manablock and also in the PRV. I called Professor Plumb and Chase scheduled me for a service call.
