Their service vehicle carried its own water and power, so there was no need to connect anything to the house, which made the process very easy.
The full cleaning and odor treatment took about an hour, and the results were beyond satisfactory. I had purchased the sectional used, and it had a strong pet odor from the previous owners. After the deep cleaning and deodorizing service, i could not smell any of the old odor at all. The sectional now looks fresh, smells clean, and feels renewed. In the warm weather here, it took around 24 hours to fully dry, which was exactly what they explained ahead of time. Overall, i was very impressed with the carpet cleaning process, the upholstery care, and the final result. highly recommend.”
