“Covenant Heating & Cooling is the best!! My hubby and I woke up this morning to a very chilly house. We realized that the heat had not been working all night long and the AC wasn’t even coming on. With unknown weather ahead we didn’t have a choice but to get someone out asap to look at the unit. (Which is only 5 years old)I reached out to Erica and asked if she could get someone out asap knowing I was calling with an unknown issue and it could take a day or 2 (with most companies), within 2 hours of me messaging her Micah showed up. He was very professional and already knew what our complaint was on the unit. Communication was a definite right off the bat from messages for a service call to their service tech at our door.He came in and I showed him the thermostat and bc it was a super fast response, I had to move toys asides for him to walk through the kitchen and I was still in my pajamas bc Jace has been sick all week.I apologized and he said “no worries your house is lived in and being a mom is a full time job. I have a son also so I get it”We made small talk about our boys and went on to discuss the issue. I showed him where the outside unit was and within 30 mins or less he had a diagnosis. Told me our options to repair or fix it and even had a total on hand before I could ask that question. He was very knowledgeable and even picked at Jace when he was inside checking some things on the thermostat and making sure everything was working great before he left. All of this to say, Micah came in and didn’t treat me like another house call, he never judged me for being in my pajamas or having toys everywhere and when he had to leave to get a part he told me when he left, when he would be back, and when he did get back so I knew it was just him on our property… without me asking him to do so.Our AC/heat was back up and running within 4 hours of reaching out to them. That was including Micah having to go get a part to fix the unit. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and their work. It was nice to have someone working on our house and to be treated like a friend not a customer. Now off to sleep comfortably tonight! ?“

“Eric installed my AC unit about 11 years ago and did a fantastic job. Fast forward to July 2022 and after a power surge, I called Professional Comfort to come out and check the unit. My call was made after 7pm and returned within 10 minutes. I was told Eric would arrive between 11 and 12 the following day. He was on time, just like he was 11 yrs ago.
